SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Domestic orders

College Hugs boxes are shipped on the advertised date using UPS Ground or USPS shipping.  Deliveries typically arrive 3-5 business days after order is placed.

All shipping prices are included in the price of the product.  College Hugs currently ships only to the continental United States.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped.

​Buyers are advised to notify the recipient about the package to be received to avoid delays or return-to-sender issues.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED.

If your order has been marked as delivered by UPS or USPS and you have not received it, your item may be lost or stolen. Sadly, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

College Hugs cannot ship a replacement package if the order has been marked as delivered for more than 10 days. 

 

​SENDING A PACKAGE TO COLLEGE CAMPUS

 

Most of our packages are are shipped to college campuses. Please be sure to visit the university’s website for instructions for sending a package to the campus. Please be sure to give the accurate name of the recipient as noted by the school. Most universities will not deliver a package if the name does not match the name on file for that student.

Delays in receiving the package once on campus are often typical.  Students are either notified of a delivery and they must go to the mailroom to pick it up or it is delivered to their dorm. This can sometimes delay the recipient getting their package even if it is shown as delivered by UPS or USPS. We recommend asking the recipient to check with the campus mail staff if the package has been marked delivered but has not been received.
